Sherry Clardy

I am happy to say that I have been employed with Phillips Realty for 6 years.  A respectable company, with two great bosses.  It amazes me that before we start our work day, we always come together as a group and start off our day in prayer. Praying for not only the company and its growth, but for our owners and their financial wellbeing, the tenants, and each person here on staff and their families.  I believe that the power of prayer is great and it sure makes for a great way to start the day.  I was born in Rock Hill, SC, and lived there for a short time. Since then I've made Myrtle Beach my home I graduated from Myrtle Beach High School, attended Horry Georgetown Tech and Fortune Academy. I have been blessed with a marriage of thirty two years; we have two wonderful sons and five beautiful grandchildren. I have worked in many different fields, but I have truly found what I love best, here at Phillips Realty.  I receive all “new property management” calls, receive and process all work orders for our rental department, along with numerous other tasks!   I love adventure, I enjoy the sunshine, being near the water, spending time with my family and squeezing every minute of every hour out of each new day!Sherry@Phillipsrealty.com

Staci Smith

I moved from my hometown of Charlotte, NC to Myrtle Beach in June of 2005 and made the career move from the Insurance and Investments industry, into Real Estate.  In 2008, I came onboard with Phillips Realty and have thoroughly enjoyed my position as it allows me the opportunity to work closely with our client base of homeowners, as well as our residents.

In my time away from the office, I mostly enjoy time with

my friends and family.  We have a beautiful climate here in Myrtle Beach, which allows for a lot of outdoor activities for the majority of the year.  AIthough I have just about given up on my golf game, I do enjoy playing tennis, going to the beach and taking advantage of the wonderful restaurants we have in the area!  The Grand Strand is a fabulous place to live and work! Janice Cox

My name is Janice Cox, I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.  I moved to Cary, North Carolina when I was sixteen.  I am a graduate of Apex High School in North Carolina.  I moved to Myrtle Beach in 1997.  I am a proud mother of a beautiful ten year old daughter who is the light of my life.  I have my Associate Degree in Business Accounting and have worked for Phillips Realty since 2005.   Janice@Phillipsrealty.com
