Heather Ellis

It is my pleasure to be going into my 6^th year as an employee of Phillips Realty.   Each day brings a new experience.  I have learned a lot from all different aspects of the world by being a part of this company.  I was born in Maryland and moved to Myrtle Beach in 1992.  I am a graduate from Socastee High School and attended Horry Georgetown Tech for criminal justice.  I have been in property management for 9 years and got my real estate license in 2006.  I am married to my best friend and I have a wonderful daughter who inspires me everyday.  I am the department head of the Homeowners Association Department and work closely with each of my communities. I'm always looking to expand and grow our department, which doubled in size in 2009. I enjoy living here, I have a great family and friends and being steps away from the beach, waterway, shopping, it’s like being on vacation even when you have to work! Heather@phillipsrealty.com

Chloe Cook

 Hello! My name is Chloe Cook and I been employed by Phillips Realty as an Administrative Assistant since 2007. Born and raised in North Carolina, I moved to the Myrtle Beach after marrying my best friend in 2005. We have two ‘furry children’, our toy Chihuahuas.  I am currently in Nursing school and will graduate in August of next year!
