My name is Steve Brown and I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1989. I was in the communication business for over 20 years before starting a career in Real Estate in 2002.  I married a beautiful woman who has 3 grown children and now we have 2 grandchildren. I was born in Johnson City, Tennessee and lived there for seventeen years. I traveled and lived in different states for several years before settling in Myrtle Beach. My background is in the area of hospitality: restaurants, motels, property development and property investment.
